Security & data handling
Negotiations are personal. Here's how we protect your account and the content you bring to Negotiately — described plainly, without overstating what we do.
Encrypted in transit and at rest
All traffic to Negotiately is served over HTTPS/TLS. Your account data and negotiation content are stored in a managed Postgres database with encryption at rest.
Access controls on your data
Data is scoped to your account. We use database-level row security so your negotiations are only accessible to you and the members you explicitly share an organization with.
A co-pilot that never acts for you
Negotiately does not send messages, take actions, or negotiate on your behalf. It only responds to what you paste in and drafts replies you choose whether to send — so it never has standing access to your inbox or accounts.
Trusted infrastructure
Negotiately runs on established cloud infrastructure — Supabase for the database and authentication, and Vercel for hosting — hosted in the Asia-Pacific (Singapore) region.
Your content, handled with care
We use your negotiation content to provide the coaching you ask for. How data is collected, used, and retained is described in full in our privacy policy.
Reporting a vulnerability
If you believe you've found a security issue, please email support@negotiately.ai with the details. We take reports seriously and will respond promptly.
